I didn't get my 10% off!!

-Don't worry! We manually apply the 10% off qualifying items AFTER checkout but BEFORE your card is processed. The money never leaves your account! Please note, not every item qualifies including but not limited to items already on sale and other items not specified in the product description. 

I'm outside of the 48 states and don't qualify for free shipping. How do I get my order?

-Please note, your items will not ship until after you've been contacted by Love Groomers so please check your email. We will send you a separate invoice with applicable shipping charges and will send your order after payment is received.

Do you price match?

-Price Match? Does syrup go on a pancake? The answer to both: YES!

Love Groomers wants to ensure that you get the best deals and the best prices possible! If you are a hip to the hop shopper and find a price lower than ours on an identical product on a competitor's site or in a catalog, we will match that price! The price being matched must be current and not expired. We can only match prices on the item if it is identical and in stock. We are unable to match prices from auction sites such as eBay, Craigslist, Ect. Also, the price being matched must be from a US competitor.

Price match rules are subject to change at any time. You can note your price match request on your web order, or hit us up toll-free at 1-844-610-1005 or by emailing CustomerService@LoveGroomers.com. If you can, please provide us your order number that was in the order confirmation email so we can quickly help you out! We would much rather take care of you, so if you need a price match, we would LOVE to provide one for you!

**Price matching with free shipping will only be applied on an order totaling over $150, also items from other sites that incur shipping would be matched with that competitor's shipping charge included on the item being matched.

I need to cancel or edit my order. What should I do?

-Please contact CustomerService@LoveGroomers.com right away! As long as your order hasn't shipped, we would be happy to make any adjustments needed. If your order has shipped, we will require you to pay return shipping or place a secondary order to send new items.
