Love Groomers Return Policy

Return & Exchanges

Need to make a return or exchange? No problem! Love Groomers will lovingly accept the return of merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase so long as the product(s) are returned in saleable condition. Saleable condition means all packaging and accessories must be returned and void of any marks, stickers, smells, or damage. Credit amount will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and/or cost of replacement goods for items missing.

Product Return Reasons:

Defective or Does Not Work
After verification/inspection, Love Groomers will reimburse return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for sending the merchandise back and including receipt of shipping costs to be refunded.
Different From What Was Ordered
After verification/inspection, Love Groomers will pay return shipping cost of the incorrect product(s) and the shipping cost of the corrected product(s). Under normal circumstances, we will send out the correct product(s) immediately along with a return postage label for the other product(s) to be sent back to us.
Item(s) Damaged In Transit
After verification/inspection, Love Groomers will replace the item with the same product(s) at our expense.
No Longer Needed Or Wanted
If within 30 days of the purchase date, the customer must pay return costs. After verification/inspection, Love Groomers will refund the purchase price to the original payment method.
Ordered Wrong Size/Item
Customer pays return costs. After verification/inspection, Love Groomers will refund the purchase price to the original payment method.

**Seasonal items, books, and DVD's may not be returned unless defective. These items can then be exchanged only for the exact item/same title.

**Merchandise outside of the 30-day return window must be returned to the manufacturer and will fall under manufacturer return/warranty guidelines. If you need the contact info for the manufacturer, let us know and we would be glad to get it over to you.
