I bought the 3X because I'm bigger and I like a little extra room. Unfortunately, the 3X was way too small it was more like an XL. I gave it to my co-work who is smaller and it fit her well, she usually wears a LG or XL. The material is very nice breathable, quick drying and of course hair does not stick. Just remember to size up and if you are plus sized you are basically out of luck.
