How do I get free shipping?

All Ground shipment orders over $50 with delivery addresses in the 48 Continental United States ship for free. Orders less than $50 delivering to addresses in the 48 Continental United States will be charged a flat $8.95 rate. International deliveries: or to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories will need to be calculated based on size, weight, quantity, and address.

All Ground deliveries will be shipped the same day if placed before 3pm local time. We offer next day service to 88% of the U.S. population at no extra charge! If you reside outside of our one-day shipping zones, Next Day Air or Second Day Air are available. Certain items like blade coolants and cleaners are flammable therefore are restricted from air shipments.

Motor Freight Shipments

Some items including tables and tubs must be shipped by motor freight. Motor freight only items are excluded from free shipping. All motor freight shipments will be shipped the same day if placed before 2pm local time.

I'm outside of the 48 states and don't qualify for free shipping. How do I get my order?

Please note, your items will not ship until after you've been contacted by Love Groomers so please check your email. We will send you a separate invoice with applicable shipping charges and will send your order after payment is received.

Do you price match?

Yes, our Price Match Guarantee is simple – If you find the same items for less ANYWHERE, we will match it. All we need from you is the price you saw, where you saw it, and our matching product number - that’s it.

Contact us at 1-844-610-1005 or CustomerService@LoveGroomers.com to get your low price guarantee or provide the information in the “Order Notes” section on our online checkout page. Our guarantee is good for 90 days, so if you find it for less after you buy with us, we’ll match it up to 90 days later!

I need to cancel or edit my order. What should I do?

Please contact 1-844-610-1005 or CustomerService@LoveGroomers.com right away! As long as your order hasn't shipped, we would be happy to make any adjustments needed. If your order has shipped, we will require you to pay return shipping or place a secondary order to send new items.
