I use this for my few short haired shedding breeds I groom. I have received the best feedback from owners after using a sample bottle..so now I order the gallon. It does take some extra rinsing..so I use sparingly

There is no recommendation for dilution on the conditioner. There is a dilution rate of 16:1 for the shampoo.
